Húsavík Öl is a microbrewery located in Húsavík (640), in northern Iceland. Housed in a former dairy factory, the building once produced cheese and yogurt. Today, the brewery crafts a diverse range of beers and has become a vibrant local gathering place for cultural events.

The project focused on the design of the bar area connected to the brewery, where visitors can sample the different beers while watching the brewing process unfold in the background. By preserving the original materiality and industrial character of the former dairy factory, and combining the existing tiled surfaces with a restrained palette of simple, honest materials, the design creates a warm and authentic atmosphere.
