The design is based on creating a home that supports both independence and social connection. Shared spaces, circulation areas, and outdoor connections are designed as active parts of the living environment rather than secondary spaces. Transparency between units and communal areas creates visual connections, encourages interaction, and provides staff with a clear overview of the building.

Natural materials, daylight, vegetation, and carefully framed views are central to the experience of the building. The design seeks to create a calm and stimulating environment where architecture supports wellbeing, movement, orientation, and meaningful everyday experiences.
